I earned a Bachelor of Sociology from St. Lawrence University in the beautiful Adirondacks of New York and Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I have been providing mental health support services since 2012 in various environments including inpatient psychiatry, medical/hospital social work, community mental health and crisis interventions, and in private practice working with individuals 1:1.
